How can I activate or deactivate a screening that is in process?

As a client you can reactivate or deactivate a screening yourself. 

 

Deactivating a screening:

To deactivate a screening go to the ''Candidate screenings'' section, in the ''open screenings'' tab select the screening you want to deactivate and click ''deactivate''.

 

Reactivating a screening:

To reactivate a deactivated screening go to the ''Candidate screenings'' section, in the ''inactive'' tab select the screening you want to reactivate and click ''activate''.

 

Please note: you can only reactivate a deactivated screening once, if it has been reactivated before you will see a notification about this and a request to contact our support department.
