You can submit a complaint by sending an email to: complaint@validatagroup.com
When submitting, we kindly ask you to include your name, screening number (if applicable) and a clear description of the complaint.
After submitting your complaint, you will receive a response from us within 48 hours. We aim to resolve the complaint within at least 2 weeks.
*Complaints in progress will not be communicated by telephone*
